- application;
- education certificate with the list of the marks received;
- AIDS negative test certificate;
- medical certificate (received not more than 2 months before arriving
in Ukraine);
- insurance policy;
- birth certificate copy;
- national passport valid for not less than 1 year;
- back ticket with the open date of return to the Homeland for
the term of 1 year.
An entrant should undergo a personal interview and a medical check.
To arrive in Ukraine for training you should have an entrance
visa, issued by the Ukraine Embassy abroad. The visa is issued
on the basis of an invitation original for studying at the SFAOU.
The SFAOU provides the students with the accommodations.
